Ongoing Support for Disadvantaged Populations

We recognize how long-term change is only achievable when disadvantaged communities receive continuous support. That is why we advocate for the people we serve by ensuring that our programs bring forth ongoing reforms and lasting improvement in their community lives. In this program, we first identify the underlying problem each community faces. We then help them set long-term goals and develop strategies to overcome such issues steadily. Now and then, we will evaluate the progress each community is experiencing and organize outreach programs to help them with their goals.
